30 Minutes Drive


We start our Kathmandu valley sightseeing and commence to visit the beginning points of Pashupatinath Temple. It is situated on the bank of river Bagmati in Deopatan which is located 5 km North-East of Kathmandu valley in the eastern city of Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. It is also one of the most beautiful cultural Heritage of Kathmandu where Pashupatinath Temple is also called the Monkey. Temple as well as holly temple which belongs to the holy river Bagmati. The exact date of the Pashupatinath Temple is unknown and from above we can see all the small temples of the different gods and goddess surrounded. Where ever we can see the cremations of all the Hindu culture after the death of the people. Pashupatinath Temple darshan timings are from 4 am to 12 noon and again from 5 pm to 9 pm the night. The temple stays closed from noon to 5 pm every day. Pashupatinath Temple Aarti's timings are in the evening from 6-7:30 pm.

Afterward, proceed to Boudhanath another Buddhist Stupa and a World Heritage site. It is also famous for its power to fulfill wishes and blessings. This Bauddha Stupa was built shortly after the death of Lord Buddha and is the largest single Chhorten in the World. The Boudhanath Stupa is located 11 km far from the center and northeastern outskirts of Kathmandu Valley. It takes half an hour drive from the central part of the Kathmandu valley from Thamel. In this Stupa`s huge Mandala it one of the largest spherical Stupa`s in Nepal.



The Budhanilkantha Temple takes only 15minutes to reach there from the Boudhanath Stupa. It situated below the Shivapuri Hill at the northern end of the Kathmandu valley and can be identified by a large reclining statue of Lord Vishnu. It is a Hindu open-air temple. According to the one famous story of Budhanilkantha, a farmer and his wife once struck a figure while ploughing the field, which caused it to start soaking blood into the ground. This turned out to be the figure of a lost deity of Budhanilkantha, which was recovered and placed in its present position.



Now we will reach the next destination which is called the Swoyambhunath Stupa. It takes half an hour to reach there from the Budhanilkantha temple. It is also called the monkey temple. Swoyambhunath Stupa is an ancient religious architecture at atop a hill in the Kathmandu Valley, west of Kathmandu city. The Tibetan name for the site means ‘Sublime Trees’ for the many varieties of trees found on the hill. A journey up to the Buddhist Temple and UNESCO World Heritage Site of Swoyambhunath is one of the definitive experiences of Kathmandu Valley.



Kathmandu Durbar Square is also UNESCO World Heritage sites among the three Durbar Square (Royal Palace). The Kathmandu Durbar Square held the palaces of the Malla and Shah Kings who ruled over the city. Along with these places, the square surrounds quadrangles, revealing courtyards and temples. It is known as Hanuman Dhoka Durbar Square, a name derived from a statue of Hanuman, The monkey devotee of Lord Ram, at the entrance of the palace. We can visit over there special places such as Courtyard of Kumari Bahal, Kal Bhairav, Taleju Temple, Museum & Ashok Vinayak at Hanuman- Dhoka Durbar Square. The palace is decorated with elaborately – carved wooden windows and panels and houses the King Tribhuvan Memorial Museum and the Mahendra Museum. It is possible to visit the state rooms inside the palace.

Patan Durbar Square is situated at the city of Lalitpur in Nepal. It is one of the three Durbar Squares in the Kathmandu valley, all of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. One of its attractions is the ancient royal palace where the Malla kings of Lalitpur resided. It is a center of both Hinduism and Buddhism. The Square also holds old Newari residential houses. The visiting places of Patan Durbar Square are Krishna Mandir, Bhimsen Temple, Taleju Bhawani Temple, Vishwanath Temple etc.

Bhaktapur was the largest of the three Kingdoms of Kathmandu Valley and was the capital of Nepal during the great Malla Kingdom until the second half of the 15th century. Bhaktapur Durbar Square is the plaza in front of the royal palace of the old Bhaktapur Kingdom 1400m above sea level. It is also known as a Museum of medieval art & architecture with many examples of sculpture, woodcarving and colossal pagoda temples consecrated to different gods and goddesses which are 20 km far from Kathmandu. The major attraction of Bhaktapur Durbar Square is 55 windows palace, Golden Gate, Lion`s Gate, Mini Pashupati Temple, Vatsala Temple, Nyatapola Temple, Bhairavnath Temple etc.



Kailashnath Mahadev Statue is nearly 7km far from Bhaktapur Durbar Square. It takes half an hour to reach there from the Bhaktapur Durbar square by private vehicle. Kailashnath Mahadev Statue is the world`s tallest Shiva statue. It is situated in Chitapal VDC in Sanga. It is the Border of Bhaktapur & Kavrepalanchok district in Nepal. In this statue is 144 feet high. Around this Statue there is 16 house resort, spa, yoga, health club and meditation centre. It has an enjoyable children’s park, physiotherapy, steam and sauna bath facilities. We can enjoy the beautiful nature and to see around the valley from the top of the Sanga hill. After enjoying some hour then back to Kathmandu. It is our full day sightseeing as per your choice.



Nagarkot is a 32Km east of the Kathmandu Valley. It is a Former Village Development Committee, Nepal in Bhaktapur District in Bagmati Zone and as of 2015 part of Nagarkot Municipality. It is located approximately 2000 m (7000ft) above sea level. It is considered one of the most scenic views in Bhaktapur District. It is also known for sunrise views of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest, broadest views of the Himalayas in the Kathmandu valley (8 Himalayan ranges of Nepal out of 13 from here). The ranges include Annapurna, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Langtang, Mahalangur etc and also the panoramic view of the Kathmandu Valley. The scenic beauty of the place makes it very popular hiking routes for tourists.
