Breakfast Kathmandu Hotel


Our Global Treks & Expeditions guide will meet you at the airport after that you will be taken to the hotel where you prefer to stay. Some hour will give you for the rest and then in the hotel, our representative guide will briefing about the activities. Overnight in Guest House.


40 min Flight & 3-4 hrs Trek B/ L/ D Phakding Guesthouse


In the morning you will receive the wakeup call from our Global treks & Expeditions Guide. You will catch an early morning flight to Lukla and you will treks forwards to Phakding through walking by the way to Dudh Koshi River around the beautiful scenery from where you can see the different mountains highest point like Mt.Everest, Mt.Nuptse, Mt.Cho Oyu and etc. Overnight in Guest House.


5-6 hrs Trek B/L/D Namche Bazaar Guesthouse


In the morning we will continue our trekking to the Namche Bazar through the way of the river bank and the Phakding village where you can enjoy the beautiful nature of pine forest and Dudh Koshi River. You will reach Manjo from where you can enter Sagarmatha National Park and while you are walking you will gain a fabulous view of mountains. Overnight in Guest House.


B/L/D Namchebazaar Guesthouse


Today is the day where we do the different the different activities where you can visit the Khude Hospital and walk to the Everest View Hotel above Namche for the sunset view of the different Himalayas and you will have enough time to explore the lifestyle of locals. You can visit the Edmund Hillary School and Khumjung Monastery. As you can get the world amazing panoramic view of the earth. Overnight in Guest House.


5-6 hrs Trek B/L/D Tengboche Guesthouse


After moving from Namche Bazaar you will walk through the river bank of Dudh Koshi River at Phunkithanka. You will pass through the long bridges after reaching there you will visit the monastery which is known as Dawa Choling Gumba. You can trek to the beautiful local monastery, it is surrounded by the Himalayan forests. Tengboche have the largest monastery in Khumbu region. Overnight in Guest House.


5-6 hrs Trek B/L/D Dingboche Guesthouse


In the early morning, you will descend to Dingboche and you will be crossing the Imja Khola bridges after that you will climb to the Pangboche. It is a Sherpas villages of Khumbu region of northeastern Nepal so you will offer to see the views of Lhoste, Island Peaks and Ama Dablam. You will uphill trek to the sherpas village and reach to the Dingboche. Overnight in Guest House.


B/L/D Dingboche Guesthouse


Dingboche is the valley surrounded with Sherpa people. It is the middle valley of Chhukung and Tengboche valley. So you will hike an hour for the spectacular view of many mountains like Makalu, Everest, Lhotse etc and after returning to Dingboche you will see the traditional culture of the sherpas. Dingboche is the large valley of Khumbu region. Overnight in Guest House.


5 hr Treks B/L/D Lobuche Guesthouse


Today your journey will start through the trail of the glacier where it is situated at Khumbu Region which is perished nearby to the Everest Base camp and you will climb by the stone materials through the passes. You will be heading to the Lobuche at the altitude of 4,910 M from where you can see the Lobuche peak. You can step uphill trek from the Thukla to the memorial park is the most difficult part in whole EBC trek. Overnight in Guest House.


8 hrs Trek B/L/D Gorakshep Guesthouse


Today you will see the astounding mountains view which gets a glimpse of the life of world famous climbers. You will have the epic journey that Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay set off there. There also you will trek through the way to Khumbu glacier due to lots of snowfall you need to be very careful. It will be the closest place you can get to see the Mt. Everest. From the Base camp, the view of mountaineering will get spectacular. After you will be back to Gorakshep. Overnight in Guest House.


Dzongla Guesthouse


Today is the most exciting day because most of all trekker used to go treks to see the fabulous view of the Kalapattar which is 5,555 M and it is also a small peak comparison to other peaks. From there your ascending position will increase so you will have the panoramic view of other mountains like Everest, Aba Dablam, Lhotse, Nuptse, Pumori etc. Then after your decreasing level start with the Dzongla. Overnight in Guest House.


B/L/D Thangnak Guesthouse


Today you will walk through the stone pass from the valley and again your ascending will above to the high hills. After all, you will step to the Cho-La Pass along through Cho-La Glacier. Then you will reach the Thangnak where there is a small tea house from there you can capture the phenomenon and glimpse view of Machhermo Peak. Overnight in Guest House.


B/L/D Gokyo Ri Guesthouse


Early in the morning, your trek will start from Thangnak to Gokyo. The way will track with the Gokyo glacier of small rocks. From there you will see the panoramic view of Mt. Cho Oyu, Machhermo Peak, Renjo-La Pass then you have etc. You will hike to the Gokyo Ri which is near pass to the Gokyo Ri and which is north side to the lake. From there you can able to capture the spectacular view of the summits like mt. Cho Oyu, Mt.Everest, Lhotse, Makalu etc. After that, you will trek to Machhermo from where you can see the large yak pastures by following the Dudh Koshi river. Overnight in Guest House.

Then after you will reach the Gokyo Overnight in Guest House.


B/L/D Phortse Tenga Guesthouse


Gokyo is a beautiful place for visitors. All the trekker have the beautiful journey to the enticing Gokyo Lakes which have one of the most amazing viewpoints. Today you will stay in Gokyo and you will have trekking in Renjo La and you can have hiked in the lake in order to rejoice the view of nature if you want. Gokyo environment has the best sounding. There will be the super snowfield of mountains and Peaks. You can have the spectacular view of the Mt.Everest, Mt. Cho Oyu, Mera Peak, and Island Peak. If you want then you can visit the fourth and fifth lake they are taken as extra in Gokyo to Phortse Tenga. Overnight in Phortse Tenga Guest House .


B/L/D Monju Guesthouse


Today you will hike to the Gokyo Ri which is near pass to the Gokyo Ri and which is north side to the lake. From there you can able to capture the spectacular view of the summits like mt. Cho Oyu, Mt.Everest, Lhotse, Makalu etc. After that, you will trek to Machhermo from where you can see the large yak pastures by following the Dudh Koshi river. Overnight in Guest House.


B/L/D Lukla Guesthouse


Today You will be back to the way Monju to Lukla you will find the path flat for easy walking. to Lukla. Overnight in Lukla Guest House.


B Kathmandu Hotel


Early in the morning, we will be back to the Kathmandu in flight. Above the flight, you will see the Himalayan ranges and beautiful scenery. After you reach Kathmandu you will get some time to visit Thamel area which is most attractive for the foreigner and you can do some shopping as per your choices. Overnight in Guest House.

Essential Information

The following gives you a general idea of the personal items that you can bring for the trek. The personal items as your individual interest, and choice. In a supported trek, heavy items are carried by porters or yaks and personal belongings that you may need for the day like money, camera, sun cream, water bottle, rain gear, and toilet paper etc. should be carried by yourself. So you are briefed to pack items in two different bags. The most important fact that one should keep on mind is that one should have enough clothes to tackle the cold weather in the mountain range.

(Note: We will supply complimentary water and wind proof duffel bag which you can use on the trek and is carried by porter/s. The duffel bag is yours to keep after the trek. You can leave your bag with your non-trek items at the hotel in Kathmandu and collect them after the trek).
Upper Body – Head / Ears / Eyes

Shade hat or baseball cap – of their head and then put a baseball cap on to hold it in place. This can be a flexible alternative while keeping the sun off your ears and neck.
Warm wool or synthetic hat that covers your ears.
Glacier glasses-100% UV protection with side shields and a hard-sided storage case (i.e. Julbo or Cebe). Regular sunglasses are not sufficient. If you wear prescription glasses, speak to your doctor about prescription glacier glasses, perhaps with transitional lenses. This is to protect your eyes from the rays of the sun due to the thinner atmosphere which can cause a painful condition known as snow blindness.
A neck warmer is another piece of gear for extra warmth if you feel you will need it.
Headlamp – Black Diamond and Petzl both make several good ones. Make sure to bring extra batteries and that they are lithium batteries so that they will last in the colder temperatures. These are indispensable for getting around at night, reading, etc.
Balaclava – lightweight, thinner variety
Some people like ear-muffs; these are optional; a good hat, balaclava, and hooded jacket should really be sufficient but this is a personal choice for some people.

Hand

1 pair liner gloves, thin wool or synthetic, useful alone a days or as a layer inside other gloves /mitts for additional warmth.
1 pair warm gloves (heavier fleece or wool).
1 pair shell gloves or mitts; Gore-Tex is preferred for keeping hands dry.
Instant hand warmers are always nice in a pinch, but really shouldn’t be necessary on the trek. Bringing appropriate hand protection as recommended above, should be sufficient (optional).

Core Body

T-shirts (2/3)
Light and expedition weight thermal tops.
Fleece jacket or pullover.
Fleece Wind-Stopper jacket (optional).
Waterproof (preferably breathable fabric) shell jacket.
2 women sports bras, Synthetic, no cotton!

Lower Body – Legs

2 pairs nylon hiking shorts – Quick drying type, not cotton!
Underwear, stay away from cotton. (4/5)
1 pair soft shell pants – synthetic, full zip from top and bottom preferable.
2 pairs trekking pants, the knees so they double as shorts.
1 pair hard shell pants. Waterproof/breathable, Gore-Tex or equivalent is best. Should zip from the top bottom – this makes it easier to put on over boots without getting undressed should the weather change once you are underway for the day.
1 pair of cotton pants (loose jeans/khakis).
2 pairs of lightweight long underwear – Capilene or other synthetic.
All clothing should be kept dry using waterproof stuff sacks or large puncture resistant plastic bags.

Feet

4/5 pairs of liner socks, synthetic or Capilene.
3/4 pairs heavyweight socks to be worn over liner socks.
1 pair lightweight socks, a good option for the lower / warmer parts of the treks.
1 pair light to medium weight waterproof hiking/trekking boots.
1 pair light trekking shoes or sneakers. Good for around the camp/lodges and in Kathmandu.
1 pair hiking gaiters, good for keeping dust and rocks out of your shoes /boots as well as keep your feet dry as necessary (Optional).
1 pair sandals (Optional).

Medicines and First Aid Kits

(Please note WFTT guide will also carry the first aid kit bag during the trek. However we still recommend you to bring your personal first aid kit as well.)

Extra Strength Excedrin for altitude-related headaches.
Brufen for general aches and pains.
Immodium or Pepto bismol capsules for upset stomach or diarrhoea.
Diamox (commonly prescribed as Acetazolamide) 125 or 250mg tablets for altitude sickness. Please discuss with us before starting to take this medicine.
1 small personal sized first-aid kit with blister treatments such as moleskin, band-aids, some waterproof tape, anti-infection ointments, etc. your guides will have more extensive medical gear, but you should have the basics for general use.

Most Necessary Documents/Materials

Passport and extra passport photos (4 copies).
Airline ticket (Please make a copy and leave on at our office in KTM just in case if you need to change the date of your).
Durable wallet /pouch for travel documents, money & passport.
Lip balm. At least SPF 20, 2 sticks. A string taped to the stick is helpful, to hang around your neck and some are now being sold with a cord already attached. Handy as it avoids you from having to stop and look for it.
Sunscreen. SPF 40 is recommended and should be relatively new since it loses its’ effectiveness over time.
Pocket knife or small Swiss Army type.
Water purification Iodine tablets or Polar-pure crystals.
Toiletry kit. Be sure to include toilet paper stored in a plastic bag, hand wipes, and liquid hand sanitizer, towel, soap, etc.
2 bandanas. (Optional)
1 pair adjustable trekking poles. Although these are listed as optional, these can be of great assistance to people who may think of themselves and generally clumsy or with bad knees, ankles, etc, especially when going downhill (Optional).
Binoculars (Optional).
favourite snack foods, no more than 2 pounds (Optional).
Paperback books, cards, mp3 player (there are a couple of stops where you could recharge. Avoid players with moving hardware as it may not function. Remember, keep these items lightweight) (Optional).
Hydration bladder with a drink tube and tube insulator (Optional).
A pee bottle for men and pee funnel for a woman, some swear by them to avoid that chilly late night trip (Optional).
1 small stainless steel thermos (Optional).
1 lightweight point & shoot camera or 1 large SLR. Digital cameras are ok, but you must keep the batteries warm when not in use (Optional).

Please Note:

Tight fitting, figure-hugging clothing, such as those made with Lycra can often be offensive to locals, especially to women. If you find these items comfortable as a base layer, please pack something to wear on top of them.
