Dhorpatan Hunting Reserve

The Dhorpatan Hunting Reserve is one of the famous reserve in Nepal which is established in 1987. It covers an area of 1,325km in the Dhaulagiri region of western region of Myagdi and Baglung district. We can find the lot of trees like pine, fir, oak, juniper, rhododendron etc. This hunting reserve fulfill the needs of Nepalese and foreign hunter of Bluesheep and other animals like Goral, Serow, Leopard, Barking deer, Himalayan black bear, Wild boar, Panda, Cheer Pheasant etc.

Outline Itinerary

Day-1- Arrivalto Kathmandu.(1300m) (BLD)

Dat-2- Kathmandu sightseeing and take a permit for hunting with government.(BLD)

Day-3- Take a flight and hike upto the camp. Overnight in camp.(BLD)

Day-4-8 Wild day of Bluesheep Hunting and Overnight camping with full board basis.(BLD)

Day-9-11- Trek and back to Kathmandu by drive.(BLD)

Day-12- Farewell at Kathmandu.(BLD)

Day-13- Back to your final destination.(BL)
