Chepang is an ethnic village in Nepal which covers their own language, tradition, culture and lifestyle accordingly with their priorities. Chepang hill lies in 1945m on Mahabharat range north from Chitwan National Park. It offers a panoramic views of the mountain like Manaslu, Himalchuli, Annapurna range, Dhaulagiri and sunrise –sunset. It gives different culture, festivals, traditional, ethnic groups and their own languages. In Chepang region people used to live in the jungle still recently. They used to do hunting, fishing, agriculture many more. Their lifestyle is completely different so they have their own understanding to recover their social life. Your Chepang Village trek will starts from the Hatiibang from where you can explore the Chepang villages treks where you will do short trek. Chepang trek will gives the extra festivals as well as culture of the Mongolian society. In Chepang you can see the fishing, hunting many more and their life styles. You will catch the panoramic view of the Mt.Kanchanjunga and Mt. Dhaulagiri. This trek may be minuscule but you can traverse the whole Che pang village. Chepang trek make you feels like you are in the paradise by seeing the mesmerizing points of that area. After all you will end your trek at Chitwan National Park then you will range over it. At the last you will back to the last point where you start your trip.

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu (1300m)
Welcome to the country of Himalayan Nepal. Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport our representative welcomes you and transfers you to your hotel in Kathmandu. Later in the evening, we will take you to welcome dinner at one of the finest restaurants in Kathmandu offering typical Nepalese cuisine which will introduce you to the country’s food. Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing
After breakfast we will conduct a guided tour and introduction to our rich culture and fascinating history. You will visit with our guide of these places Swayambhunath,Pashupatinath , Budhanath and Durbarsquare.
Swayambhunath: Swayambhunath is Monkey temple which is approximately 2600 years old Buddhist Stupas, overlooking the entire Kathmandu valley. Swayambhunath- literally ‘self-existent god’, is often referred to as the Monkey Temple due to the thousends of monkeys- the local dwellers. The main Stupa, memorials of monks and local people, ancient sculptures, temple of child protector goddess, monasteries, etc are the main attractions here. Moreover, you can throw bird-eye-view to all the monument sites of the Kathmandu tour since this is the highest point inside the valley.
Pashupatinath : Pashupatinath temple which is In We literally- the god of animal lives. As one of the must visit legendary Hindu temple in the subcontinent, this site welcomes millions of visitors every year. The temple is located on the bank of sacred Bagmati River, which runs down to the Ganges. Here, you get a chance to witness open public crematorium with all the rites and rituals being performed. You come to see even the holy men posing for pictures with painted face, dreadlocked hair and ash-applied body
Budhanath : Budhanath stupas is god of wisdom. It is considered as one of the largest Stupas in the world. Constructed back in the 4th century, this Stupa is the must visit site for the Tibetans. The shrine itself resembles a Tibetan village since the locale comprises Tibetan monasteries and the exiles. Besides this, there are a number of painting schools with Lamas painting Thanka, the best souvenirs from Nepal.
Kathmandu Durbar square: Kathmandu Durbar Square is Etymologically, ‘Kumari’ stands for a virgin girl- the living goddess and ‘Baha’ is a monastery in local tongue. Designed in Vihara architecture, Kumari Baha houses the living goddess. As a living reincarnation of Hindu goddess Taleju, a young girl is selected from a Buddhist family maintaining religious harmony and co-existence. The girl gets retired when she reaches puberty. Day 03:Drive from Kathmandu to Hungdi and Start trek to Hattibang (1700m)
Today early in the morning you will start your drive to Kathmandu to Hungdi through the Hungdi Khola which takes more than 3 hours where you can capture the panoramic view of rivers, Himalayas, villages etc and start your trek to Hatiibang. You need to walk 4/5 hrs to reach to the hattibang where you can get an opportunity to see the local villages. O/N at Hatiibang.
Day 04:Trek to Jyanjala (1850m)
After an early breakfast you will get a best sunset to see and start your walk through the Jyanjala through some settlement of Jautesh, Changa and Dinglang. You will enchants their living standard and their sharing community, culture. After all you can see the western Himalayan ranges and the Chitwan National Park from there. The village give the picturesque moments. O/N at Jyanjala.
Day 05:Trek to Uppergadi via Siraichuli and Chisapanitar (2000m)
Today after an early morning you will start your trek from Jyandala where Siraichuli is one of the hot spots to see the sunrise and sunset of the morning shows. Chisapanitar is also next place which explore the nature and traditional culture of living people in their society.And your trek will end at the Upendragadi. O/N at Upendragadi.
Day 06: Trek to Shaktikhor (355m)
This day you will be descending slightly towards the Shaktikhor. It is also the another Chepang village place where museum can be seen and visited. This place attract too many tourists where you can see the caves, waterfalls and the landside in this village area. In the evening you can get opportunity to see the cultural dance programs of that culture. 0/N at Shaktikhor.
Day 07: Shaktikhor to Chitwan National Park.
Today your trek will start to the Chitwan National Park ends to the final Chitwan National park. After reaching there you can get some refreshment and hot bath. Today you can explore the Chitwan National park so you can walk at night and enjoy the tharu dance programs. O/N at guest House.
Day 08: Chitwan Wildlife Tour
Chitwan (Sauraha) is the most important tourist destination in Nepal. It is the eastern part of Chitwan District and famous for observation of various wild animals and Birds. Chitwan National Park by riding an elephant or Vehicle. The adventurous are jungle walk, elephant ride, jeep safari, Tharu culture program, camel ride, elephant bath, observation of wild life trophy exhibition; Views of sunrise and sunset are the major tourist activities available in Sauraha.O/N at Guest House.
Day 09: Drive Chitwan to Kathmandu.
At the morning you will have wakeup call and provide you the Breakfast and Visit to the Government Elephant Breeding Centre. Then Departure from the journey. O/N at Kathmandu.
Day 10: Back to your final destination
A representative from Global Treks & Expedition will take you to the airport, approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight. You will have a safe journey.
